"BLCCT" believes that unless civil society members actively participate in the development process, sustainable change will not occur. We urge and invite anyone to be an active member of our organisation and share the same vision and mission as us - to work for the welfare of children and their families. Volunteers are the backbone of any organization; they not only carry the organization's values within them, but also spread the word far and wide, educating society to the cause.
